Custom Orders & Processing Time

All Onyx & Opulence extensions are 100% custom-made.

Due to the nature of custom orders, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 weeks from the time your order is placed.

Processing time may vary depending on texture, length, method, and current order volume.

Some combinations may be completed and shipped sooner.

Straight textures, 22" lengths, and Genius Wefts typically have the fastest turnaround.

Luxury is intentional. Your order is crafted to your exact specifications.

Onyx & Opulence specializes in fully customized, ethically sourced hair extensions. Because each order is made specifically to client specifications, processing times vary.

Most orders ship within 2-4 weeks. Certain combinations, including straight textures, 22" lengths, and Genius Wefts, may ship faster based on availability.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to sourcing, production, or carrier-related factors outside of our control.

LIGHT BLONDE & TEXTURE DISCLAIMER

Creating very light blonde tones in curly and wavy human hair requires additional processing to preserve both color and texture.

Due to the nature of achieving light blonde shades, textured hair may experience:

  • Increased dryness
  • A need for enhanced at-home care
  • A potentially shorter lifespan compared to darker or straight textures

For this reason, very light blonde curly hair is not recommended.

Clients who choose to order very light blonde textured extensions acknowledge that:

  • Additional maintenance will be required
  • Hair may feel drier than other textures
  • Replacement may be needed sooner than the standard 12-18 month lifespan

Achieving very light blonde shades in textured human hair requires chemical processing that may impact moisture retention, softness, and longevity.

Curly and wavy hair that has been lightened to very pale blonde tones may:

  • Require increased hydration and maintenance
  • Display a drier feel compared to darker shades or straight textures
  • Experience a reduced overall lifespan

Onyx & Opulence does not recommend extremely light blonde shades in curly textures. Clients who proceed with this combination do so with full understanding of the associated risks, including potential for earlier replacement.

These characteristics are inherent to the processing required.
