Your Order Timeline
Because your hair is made specifically for you, it takes time to do it right. Most custom orders are crafted and shipped within 2-4 weeks. Certain combinations — straight textures, 22" lengths, and Genius Wefts — may ship sooner. Luxury is intentional. We won't rush what's made for you.

A Note on Light Blonde & Texture
Creating very light blonde tones in curly and wavy human hair requires additional processing to preserve both color and texture.
Due to the nature of achieving light blonde shades, textured hair may experience:
- Increased dryness
- A need for enhanced at-home care
- A potentially shorter lifespan compared to darker or straight textures
For this reason, very light blonde curly hair is not recommended.
Clients who choose to order very light blonde textured extensions acknowledge that additional maintenance will be required, hair may feel drier than other textures, and replacement may be needed sooner than the standard 12-18 month lifespan.
These characteristics are inherent to the processing required and are not considered a product defect.
