Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each Onyx & Opulence order is created specifically to the customer's selected method, texture, length, and color specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & QUALITY

If you believe your order has a manufacturer defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All claims must be submitted within this timeframe and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting photos and order details may be required to assist with evaluation.

If a confirmed quality issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, Onyx & Opulence will work with you to make it right.

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout
  • Color, texture, or length expectations not aligning with personal preference
  • Normal variation inherent to human hair
  • Improper installation, handling, or maintenance

Custom orders are created with intention and care, and variations are a natural part of working with ethically sourced human hair.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Once hair has been installed, altered, cut, colored, or worn, it is no longer eligible for review under any circumstances.
